Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Market Boutique! If your item/items did not work out (big bummer!) , our return policy follows: 

Our return policy is for online and in-store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.

In order to be eligible for a credit, you have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Any items can be returned at the brick and mortar for credit in store & online..  If you choose to ship them back, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless there was a mistake on our end).
Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return after we receive it. Once your return is inspected and approved, a full credit (minus shipping if appilcable) will be emailed as an e-certificate code which can be used when shopping online or in-store within 1 year. 
*Online orders CANNOT be changed or canceled after checkout.
Please inform us of your return by emailing marketboutiqueonmain@gmail.com and including your full name, order #, and items being returned.


*Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
*Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
*Returned items must remain unwashed & unworn

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 224 N. MAIN ST, Oshkosh WI 54901, United States using the shipping carrier of your choice.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 20 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
